Office Policies

CANCELLATION:

We know life happens, so don’t worry if you can’t make your appointment. All we ask is that you let us know at least 2 days before so that we can offer that time to another patient.

Call us at 519.756.8080 to cancel or reschedule. ***Please note that cancellations are only accepted during our regular office hours.

PAYMENT:

Payment is due at time of service via Visa, MasterCard, Debit, Cash, or Cheque.

We will submit your insurance claim on your behalf and your insurance company will then reimburse you directly. Registering for direct deposit will have your money back faster, typically within 24-48 hours, while cheque payments are sent back within 3-5 business days.

INSURANCE:

Because each insurance policy is unique, we do not have the ability to know and understand each one. Therefore, we ask that you are aware of your own coverage before booking any appointments. Any differences not covered by your insurance company would be your responsibility. We thank you for your understanding.

FACIAL PIERCINGS:

Please note that if x-rays need to be taken at your appointment, ALL facial piercings must be removed prior to your appointment start time. If you are unsure if any will be taken, please ask when booking your appointment.
