Office Policies

At Clarence Street Dental we understand the importance of communication between our team and our patients. Our office policies are communicated to all new patients so they know what to expect when becoming a patient at our office.

Cancellations

We know life happens, so don’t worry if you can’t make your appointment. In order to avoid limitations for future bookings, please let us know if you will not be able to attend your appointment at least 24 hours prior. Please call or text us at 519-756-8080 or send an email to info@clarencestreetdental.com should you need to cancel or reschedule.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service via debit, cash, Visa, MasterCard, cheque, or e-transfer. We will submit your insurance claim on your behalf and your insurance company will then reimburse you directly. Registering for direct deposit will have your money back faster, typically within 24-48 hours, while cheque payments are sent back within 3-5 business days.

Insurance

Because each insurance policy is unique, we do not have the ability to know and understand each one. Therefore, we ask that you are aware of your own coverage before booking any appointments. Any differences not covered by your insurance company would be your responsibility. We thank you for your understanding

Facial Piercings

Please note that if x-rays need to be taken at your appointment, ALL facial piercings must be removed prior to your appointment start time. If you are unsure if any will be taken, please ask when booking your appointment.
