Chris
Office Manager - Facility MaintenanceChris has worked at Clarence Street Dental since April 1990. She has enjoyed meeting patients and team members along the way and loves all the fun the team has together. She loves making memories with her family, especially with her three beautiful grandchildren.
Christie
Office Manager - Clinic and Health & Safety, and Dental HygienistChristie chose to become a Dental Hygienist because she loved going to the dentist as a child. She took pride in looking after her teeth and even wrote a speech about teeth in the fifth grade. She knew she wanted to become a hygienist after completing her eleventh grade co-op program at West Street Dental. Christie went to Niagara College for Dental Assisting. She worked at West Street Dental as an assistant until she began her studies in the Dental Hygiene program at Algonquin College. She graduated in 1999 and has been part of the Clarence Street Dental team ever since. She believes continuing education is so important and has been able to travel throughout the Unites States to complete courses. She has now been a Registered Dental Hygienist for twenty years! Christie enjoys working with people of all ages, and especially likes working with people who are nervous about dental treatment. She says she finds it rewarding when she gets to know her patients and they get to know her, and hopes each of her patients feel comfortable coming into the office to see her. On top of seeing patients, Christie is also one of our Clinic Managers.
Most of her time outside of work is spent with her husband, Ryan and her son, Luke. She enjoys being outside, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
Christina
Office Manager - Marketing and CommunicationsChristina’s journey at Clarence Street Dental began in August 2016. In her role as Office Manager, she leads the business assistants while overseeing the practice’s marketing strategy, brand voice, and patient communications. She manages both internal and external communications, supports patient engagement initiatives, and continuously looks for creative ways to enhance the patient experience from first contact through every visit. Christina is passionate about building strong relationships, maintaining a consistent and welcoming brand presence, and ensuring patients feel informed, comfortable, and valued.
Outside of the office, Christina enjoys trying to master escape rooms and going for hikes with her fiancé and golden retrievers, Boomer and Blazer.
Cindy
Office Manager - Clinic and HiringCindy brings over a decade of both administrative and clinical dental experience to her role as Clinical & Hiring Manager at Clarence Street Dental. With a background as a Level II Dental Assistant and extensive hands-on knowledge as a treatment coordinator in orthodontics and oral surgery, Cindy understands the full scope of patient care. Since joining the practice in 2014, Cindy has developed strong, lasting connections with patients and staff alike. Her patient-first approach naturally extends to her leadership of the dental assistant team, where her compassionate style and clinical insight foster a collaborative and supportive environment.
As the primary lead in hiring, Cindy focuses on finding candidates who are not only skilled but also align with the practice’s culture and values. She leverages DISC assessments to better understand personality types and team dynamics, ensuring a cohesive and values-driven team. Cindy is passionate about building relationships and believes deeply in the power of human connection – whether it’s helping a patient feel at ease or mentoring a new team member. Her dedication to people is at the heart of everything she does at Clarence Street Dental.
Heidi
Office Manager - Accounts and AnalyticsHeidi started working here in August 2009. On a day-to-day basis she helps patients review and decide on their treatment options, helps them work with their dental coverage, and make the appropriate financial arrangements that suit their needs. She loves working at CSDG for the family atmosphere as she comes from a large family and loves that she has an extended family here. She loves spending time with her husband and two daughters, as well as her family and friends. She enjoys playing soccer, going on vacation, and shopping.
Rosy
Office Manager - Clinic, and Restorative Dental HygienistRosy earned her dental hygiene diploma from George Brown College and her Bachelors of Science degree from McMaster University. Throughout her education she gained clinical experience in both private and community-based dental settings. She volunteered as a clinician and student mentor with non-profit dental organizations both locally and internationally, and worked in various dental specialties.
Currently at Clarence Street Dental Group, Rosy practices in both preventive dental hygiene and in orthodontics. She loves everything about the teeth and the mouth. She says she loves how they help us chew our food to feed our bodies, how they help us talk with one another, and how they express our emotions with a smile. She believes that teeth and the mouth are a very important part of health care, and finds that being a part of helping patients to achieve an optimal level of dental and overall health is very rewarding.
Rosy and her husband, Chad, have a fluffy goldendoodle together named Winston. She says they both keep her feeling loved and humbled for everything that she has in life.
