Amanda
Business AssistantAmanda started working at Clarence Street Dental in 2024. She already loves how friendly and supportive the team is and she can’t wait to learn even more from them. Her interests include Disney and fashion, and in her spare time, she enjoys knitting, completing DIY projects, and spending quality time with her fiancé and toothless cat, Farley.
Brianna
Business AssistantBrianna began working at Clarence Street Dental in August 2020 and loves that there is always something to do and something to learn. She loves that even though we are a large office and have lots of team members, we always do our best to work as team. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her dog, Diesel, going out for nice dinners, and getting together with her family and friends.
Crystal
Business AssistantCrystal began at CSDG in June 2019 as a Westervelt College student, and was hired in October of that year. She loves when patients leave happy, whether it’s when we’ve helped them with their “emergency” or helped them get out of pain, or when patients have the confidence to smile. In her spare time, Crystal enjoys spending time with her family, especially her five year old daughter, doing arts and crafts, and learning how to read. She enjoys hiking, canoeing, and rock climbing, enjoying a glass of wine while listening to audiobooks, and loves playing with her cat, Sushi, her dog, Nina, and her rabbit, Jeffrey.

Business Assistant and Oral Surgery CoordinatorEmily began working at Clarence Street Dental in June 2023. She already loves the friendly environment provided for patients as well as our team. In her spare time, she’s often in her pool with her baby, tending to her vegetable garden, or riding her bike. Her goal for this year is to teach herself to knit!
Eva
Business AssistantEva started working at Clarence Street Dental in April 2021. She brought with her her background of administration and operations management. She loves being part of such a great team and helping patients smile confidently. She has a passion for interior design and is always trying to keep her plants alive. Eva loves chasing after her two daughters and very active dog!

Fallon
Business AssistantFallon started working at Clarence Street Dental in 2021. She loves her role as it allows her to experience and grow in all sorts of avenues; she says the options are limitless! She loves the CSDG family, and feels that both as a team member and a patient, everyone is so kind, supportive, and a joy to be around. When she’s not working, Fallon likes to travel overseas to visit family and experience different countries. She also enjoys going to food truck festivals, concerts, spending time in the outdoors going on walking trails with her dog, and spending time her amazing girl friends.
Jennifer
Business AssistantJenn began working at Clarence Street Dental in July 2025. She loves how the main goal of every team member that works at CSDG is to put patients first and do their very best to have them leave with a smile on their face. She says everyone is always willing to help and teach her when it comes to learning new skills. In her time outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, reading, building Lego with a good glass of wine, and enjoying a good camping trip with family in the summer.
Karen
Business AssistantKaren started working at CSDG in January 2021. She graduated as a dental assistant in June 2010, after completing her dental assistant training at the University of Toronto. Karen is now part of our front desk team. She says, “nothing makes me happier than helping patients feel welcome and putting a smile on their face”. Her favourite thing about working here so far are the wonderful people who have already been very helpful, and she looks forward to meeting the rest of the team! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, and her three dogs, and likes hiking and travelling.
Marissa
Business AssistantMarissa began working at Clarence Street Dental in June 2025. She loves how welcoming and helpful everyone is and how much there is to learn. Outside of work, she has been a medical aesthetician for six years. She loves animals and enjoys spending time with her dog and cat.
Natasha
Business AssistantNatasha started in May 2023! She loves how warm and welcoming everyone is and how it already feels like home. She likes to spend her spare time with her pets, going for walks with her dogs and boyfriend, and baking new things.
Pauline
Business AssistantPauline started working at Clarence Street Dental in May 2025, and brought experience in healthcare and customer service with her. Pauline is extremely passionate about helping people and providing excellent patient care, and feels that being part of the CSDG team makes her confident that she can do just that. Outside of work, you can always find her in a bookstore, in her garden, or volunteering at one of the local community gardens around Brantford. She also loves spending time cooking, camping, crocheting, and chasing her Australian Shepherd named Tyskie.
Rebecca
Business AssistantRebecca started working at Clarence Street Dental in March 2019. She loves being part of the team because of the value the team sees in working well with each other, which allows us to provide excellent care for our patients. Her favourite hobbies are playing soccer and any outdoor activities she can do with her dogs.
Renita
Business AssistantRenita started working at Clarence Street Dental Group in April of 2022. She is excited to be part of a team that treats everyone like they are family (whether they are a team member or a patient). When you smile, she smiles! In her spare time she loves exploring new destinations, creating long-lasting memories, and spending time with her loved ones.

Emily

Lisa
Patient CoordinatorLisa started at Clarence Street Dental in January 2019. She loves that every day she is presented with new challenges and situations which help her stay focused and engaged. She says working here gives her independence, flexibility, motivation, and satisfaction. When she’s not at the hockey rink cheering on her kids, she’s going on all sorts of adventures with her family.
Lisa
Orthodontic CoordinatorLisa told her family that she would become a dental assistant ever since she was three years old when she would play with her Play-Doh dentist kit. Lisa pursued her dental dream, and graduated in 1993 from assisting school. In 1994 she moved to the United States and worked in many areas of the dental field, including Prosthodontics, Endodontics, and Orthodontics. She moved back home in 2015 and has worked at Clarence Street Dental ever since. In all her years as a dental assistant, she says she has never been part of such an amazing day that helps so many people. Coming in second, her most memorable accomplishment is volunteering with her dental office in Nashville by doing two root canals on a snow leopard so he could eat properly again! Lisa spends her free time with her teenage boys and enjoys going to see concerts with them.
Steph
Patient CoordinatorSteph started at Clarence Street Dental in October 2013, working as a dental assistant for several years before becoming a patient coordinator. She also works directly with our in-house periodontist. Steph understands there is life outside coming to the dentist and enjoys helping our patients find the balance while still being able to improve their oral health. Steph enjoys spending time with her husband and children, cycling, sewing, and gardening.
Taylor
Dental Assistant and Periodontic CoordinatorTaylor decided to pursue a career in the dental field after getting braces when she was younger. She loved the way her teeth looked and how her orthodontist was able to transform her smile, and decided right then that dentistry would be the perfect job for her. She went to Medix College in Brantford and graduated with Honours. She was hired as an assistant on the last day of her co-op placement at CSDG and has now been a full-time assistant here since September 2015. In addition to assisting our doctors every day, Taylor works with the oral surgery team and says it is her favourite part of assisting. She says that although it may seem a little gross to most people, she finds it exciting and loves all of the different procedures and surgeries. In her spare time, Taylor loves riding horses, riding dirt-bikes with her husband, Brandon, and snuggling with her son, Emerson, and her dog, Hemi.
